Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please arrive promptly for your appointment as treatment must commence at your booking time.if you are late then you may have the treatment cut short and still be charged for full session.

If you are not able to attend your appointment,please contact the salon on 01-4914858 or email [email protected] ASAP so we can offer the appointment to someone else or in future you will be requested to pay 50% deposit to secure a slot.

You will your deposit if an appointment is cancelled within 12 hours notice. You can transfer your slot to some one else or re-schedule if you can not make it( Please do so 12 hours prior the appointment time).For Group or Large Bookings a deposit of 50% is required and to 2 day’s notice is needed to cancel or you will loose your deposit .A complimentary glass of Prosseco while you get Deluxe Treatment or Group Booking .Otherwise there will be small charge for the cost of Prosseco.

Please Note:

The length of time for Manicure/ Pedicure Treatments stated on brochures /Website /booking system is only for guideline as we may require more time or spend less time deepening on condition of client’s nails.

We are happy to fix your Shellac/Gelish Polish within 72 hours getting it done if there is some fault with products or incorrect technique used.
