By booking your appointment, you have agreed to our Terms & Conditions (please read carefully before proceeding).

Please arrive promptly to your appointment as the starting time is the time you booked. If you are late, your service will be cut short, and you will still be charged the full price. We have the right to cancel your service if you are late and it affects the next client’s schedule.

We don’t offer refunds on services that have already been performed. If you are unhappy with a service, please let the Receptionists know at the end of your service, or you can request to change Technicians at Reception, and we will be happy to assist you.

Something happened to your nails after you got them done? We have you covered, but please strictly adhere to the timeline below:

  • Fix Acrylic Nail (within 1 week) – FREE

  • Fix Acrylic Nail (after 1 week but not over 2 weeks) – €7

  • Fix BIAB (within 1 week) – FREE

  • Fix BIAB (after 1 week but not over 2 weeks) – €5

  • Fix Gel Polish (within 4 days) – FREE

  • Fix Gel Polish (after 4 days but not over 10 days) – €5

  • Fix Normal Polish (within 2 days) – FREE

Normal Polish is weekly polish, so we don’t fix it after 1 week.

The time for services mentioned on our website, brochures, and booking page is approximate, as it depends on the condition and length of the client’s nails.

Please email [email protected] regarding your appointments, as phone lines can be extremely busy at times and we may not be able to answer your call immediately.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full price for the service(s) booked.

For group bookings, we require a deposit to secure the spaces, and any changes must be made at least 2 days in advance.
